LANDLORD’S FEES

(All fees are inclusive of VAT)

1 Full management service:- 12%

2 Full management service to include a Rent Guarantee insurance scheme:- 12% plus an additional annual or monthly charge based on the size of the property and the packages available from our third party providers.

3 With reference to fully managed properties only there will be an additional Tenancy set up and referencing fee in the sum of up to £360 each time a property is let and an annual charge of £30 will be payable to cover joining the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

4 Let only – non-management service:- £600 – £1500 depending on the size of the property.

5 Let only – non-management service :- as above but to include rent collection:- 4% monthly.

6 Letting introduction only:- £360

7 The drawing up and service only of a section 21 Notice of intention to apply for vacant possession:- £300. Any costs involved thereafter will be quoted for by our third party providers.

8 Checkout at the end of a Non Management tenancy:- £300

9 The cost of serving a section 8 Notice will be quoted for by our service providers and paid for directly to them.
