1 Full management service:- 12% (i.e. 10% + VAT)
2 Full management service to include a rent guarantee insurance scheme:- 12% (i.e. 10% + VAT) and an additional monthly charge based on the size of the property and the packages available from our third party providers.
3 With reference to fully managed properties only there will be an additional Tenancy set up and referencing fee in the sum of £120 each time a property is let and an annual charge of £30 will be payable to join the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
4 Let only – non-management service:- £600 – £1200 depending on the size of the property.
5 Let only non-management service as above but to include rent collection:- 4% monthly.
6 Introduction only:- £360
7 The service only of a section 21 notice of intention to apply for vacant possession of a non-management property:- £180 – £250 depending on location.
8 Checkout at the end of a Management tenancy:- £300
9 Checkout at the end of a Non Management tenancy:- £300
