When someone visits Shropshire-lettings.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
As part of the registration process for our mailing list, we collect the minimum personal information required. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about i.e. our mailing list; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us direct at info@shropshire-lettings.co.uk.
As part of providing a service we will need to collect relevant data from yourself (the client). This will be limited to only relevant enquiries. Once you have been added to our mailing list (usually within a week of your request) you will remain on the mailing list (distributed by our software provider: Rentman Software – https://www.rman.co.uk/) for 3 months unless you re-request to be added to our mailing list.
Data is stored securely by compliant platforms.
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our team by using our contact form or direct email.
We will not accept mailing list requests over the phone or in person i.e. without written consent.
