Applicants Information & Tenant Fees

Under the tenant fees act of 2019, which came into force on the 1st of June 2019, the following tenant fees will apply:

1: Holding deposits (Up to 1 Weeks Rent).

2: Default Fees (E.g. Replacement keys, or charge for a late rental payment).

3: Variation of contract at tenant’s request –
